Meka recognizes that researchers can have very different perceptual and sensing needs. The S3 is a precision pan-tilt neck that we will customize with the sensor suite of your choice.
All S3 devices include ROS integration and calibration, so your custom sensor package will be ready to run out-of-the-box. If you are looking for a distinctive look to your robot, the Meka industrial design team is ready to produce custom shells for your S3.
The S3 is plug-and-play compatible with the Meka M3 software and the A2 chassis. Its back-panel provides power and data-bus connections to support a range for sensor options, including:
